The Director General Ministry of Youth and Sports of South West State Abdiaziz Abdirahman Mohamed has officially opened a Capacity Building Training for Youth Organizations, youth leaders, and networks in Baidoa. It was five days of training which was completed.
The training was held at Baidoa Youth Hub which is a new center opened recently. Baidoa Youth Hub is managed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports South West State. The center was constructed with funding support from SIDA and was jointly implemented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports South West State and UN-Habitat.
The newly built youth center is designed to be a safe, generative, and harmonious space that can facilitate social integration, develop employability skills, and contribute to strengthening the voices of youth in the socio-political sphere.
